About this site
This website is operated by Georgia HVAC Repair, a referral service. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Referral service, not a contractor
Georgia HVAC Repair does not perform HVAC work of any kind, does not hold a conditioned air contractor license, and does not employ technicians. Calling the number on this site may connect you with a participating independent HVAC contractor, who is solely responsible for their diagnosis, estimate, pricing, work, licensing, insurance, permits, warranties, and conduct. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. We do not verify, license, insure, or supervise participating contractors.
We don't guarantee that a participating contractor will be available in your area, at a particular time, or for a particular type of job, and we don't guarantee any outcome.
Georgia HVAC Repair may receive compensation for referrals from participating contractors or from the network that routes calls to them.
Information on this site
Costs, insurance information, statutes, programs, and local facts on this site are general information, summarized from the sources cited, and current as of the date shown on each page. They are not quotes, and not legal, insurance, or professional advice. Your costs depend on your property and the company you hire. Confirm coverage with your insurer, legal questions with an attorney, and building requirements with your local building department.

Limitation of liability
The site and referral service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Georgia HVAC Repair is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your reliance on information published here, or any work, estimate, or conduct of a contractor you are connected with.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
