Georgia HVAC Repair is a statewide referral service that connects Georgia homeowners, landlords, and property managers with participating independent HVAC contractors. It is not an HVAC contractor.

## What it does

- Publishes sourced information about AC and heating problems, HVAC contractor costs, and Georgia licensing.
- Provides a phone number ((770) 679-7684). Calls are routed to a participating independent HVAC contractor serving the caller's area, if one is available.

## What it doesn't do

- Employ technicians, hold a conditioned air contractor license, own vans, or perform, diagnose, or price HVAC work.
- Guarantee availability in every location, at every hour, or for every job type.
- Verify, license, insure, or supervise participating HVAC contractors.

## How referrals work

1. The caller describes the property location and the HVAC problem.
2. The call is routed to a participating independent HVAC contractor covering that area, when available.
3. That HVAC contractor diagnoses, quotes, and performs any agreed work under their own business name, license, and insurance. There is no obligation to hire them, and callers are not charged for the referral.

## Referral disclosure

Georgia HVAC Repair may receive compensation for referrals from participating HVAC contractors or the network that routes calls to them.

## Before hiring an HVAC contractor in Georgia

- Georgia HVAC contractors must hold a Conditioned Air Contractor license (State Construction Industry Licensing Board, Georgia Secretary of State). Class I: systems up to 175,000 BTU heating / 60,000 BTU cooling; Class II: unrestricted.
